Video evidence says the officers lied about the driver not using a turn signal, they didn't even have a line of sight until the vehicle was 100 ft into the parking lot. Instead of confronting the driver for the traffic infraction, they went straight to the passenger? why? Why did the cops demand an ID from the passenger, when the cops knows he doesn't need to show them any ID? Then the cops broke into to the car, illegal. Tried to drag the guy out while still wearing the seat belt, then claim he was resisting, when he wasn't.
Why did so many cops just stand around doing nothing while all these crimes were committed by a cop?
I know the passenger doesn't look like an upstanding citizen, but what was the officer's motivation to go all gangster on this guy, was there prior contact between the two? Was there a be on the look out for him? Massive cover up involving many in the police dept and City council.

All Glendale officials should be removed from office and the mayor should be investigated for his actions, or lack of actions in this case. All officials and officers involved in this case should be held accountable and face charges.

Pretty sad that all this could have been avoided by the police department having some integrity. Of course, in today's day and age, that's too much to ask of these animals.

It is fascinating how the police departments pick and choose when they make statements and release videos. Then all of a sudden they refuse to do anything because of "pending litigation."
If there is a policy never to respond to the public when litigation is pending, they would never say anything, because once an arrest is made, litigation is pending.

If you’ve ever been prosecuted on evidence from this police force, surely, you could argue its tainted?
Won’t there now be thousands of retrials?
Does that happen where whole PDs are disbanded?
