prefetch folder is self-maintaining, and there's no need to delete it or empty its contents. If you empty the folder, Windows and your programs will take longer to open the next time you turn on your computer.

LOl Tree is used for displaying folders in a 'tree style' it does nothing to improve performance. Also first you should know how much RAM you have as well as what CPU you have, see if they can be upgraded. Then go to your hard drive. Make sure your hard drive is healthy. You can use a free tool like Crystal Disk Info to check. If your drive shows Bad or caution try to buy another hard drive. If you can afford it buy an SSD. More RAM is usually better 4GB should be your minimum for Windows 7. There is a limit to how fast you can make a PC if the hardware is not fast enough. Also make sure your CPU is getting too hot, download any number of free tools to find out your CPU speed to see if it's ok.

Yes bro, whichever drive you select, that drive's unnecessary files will be deleted. And don't worry they all are unnecessary, and your all files in those drives will be safe.
And I suggest you to select all drive, first c drive then D and E. And clean them, this will delete your bugs
