I’ve always struggled with dumbbell incline and flat press. I know I can do the weight but it’s getting the dumbbells into position first is what fatigues me real quick because of using all my energy to get it up. I’ve come to the conclusion that I don’t have a lot of pushing strength especially in dumbbell and I’ve been trying new things to get that up. My triceps and chest are definitely strong enough to handle the weight I do in dumbbells because I can hit my desired amount of reps on a good day or if I get help with the positioning and so I’ve been working on my pushing strength specifically because I’ve stagnated on dumbbells.
Keep it up and practice with lighter weights it will come.
Enjoyed that video... Simeon is a down to earth guy.... you both deserve the success you have achieved.
