Yea idk how to fix it. I saw how it runs but why? Is it how far the needle is out?
my experience with the splatter is fixed 2 ways. when dipping tip. just quick run to get the ink up into?chamber. don't have it running before dipping it in. your just splashing around. and after you have the ink in the chamber do a soft short fan on side of tip to?get excess off but not sucking it right back out of the chamber . also when dabbing the side make sure your needles are catching the paper towel . takes a little practice but it's clean, easy and it works for. me your experience may be different??

Ummm so you never said what you do to get rid of the splatter. I just turn the volts down like .1 .2 and it works every time.
