If you have a different Vulcan such as the 900, 1500, 1600, 1700 and even the 2000cc, the bracket for your bike can be found here: engineeredadap...
We have released a different product for you other "Big Vulcan" owners! It will fit most 900 / 1500 / 1600 / 1700 (non Voyager/Vaquero) and 2000cc models. Check it out here: czcams.com/video/frTDf9gvHp4/video.html&ab_channel=EngineeredAdapters
U guys will also be the reason tht the kawasaki 1700 community will grow.
Thank you Will, we appreciate that. We are always looking to expand our product line and improve the items we do make!
I just bought my vaquero in April. I first bought the speaker adapters as soon as I got the bike. Now I just received my headlight and driving lights adapters. So easy to install and the new lights make all the difference. Thanks guys! Scott, Ontario Canada.
Purchased your aux light kit last week and that was a breeze. I was working on trying to fabricate my own bracket, but you beat me to it. So I decided I’d just get the whole list of upgrades and do everything else at once. Thanks for doing such great work.
Hi can you send me the link to the Bracket cant find it thanks

We have a lot of items to help you improve your stereo too!
You guys are going to be my first upgrades i do next year when i get a vaquero!
U guys are truly a blessing to the kawasaki bagger family. I'll be purchasing my Vaquero hopefully 3/16/19. I will be using ur products for my future Vaquero. I thank you guys in advance.
Sir an advice please I want to get the main and auxiliary lights of my 2021 voyager changed to led. What type and recommendations?
Thank you, Will! We appreciate the support!
Hey Randy, It's Ken. Really wish these adapters were available before I did it the old fashioned Greg way LOL
Excellent Video - You may have just talked me into changing out my headlight.
Underrated man, Great work guys!
Thank you for that! This was our first light bracket and our designer LOVES doing this kind of thing!

Hello, my name is Andrea and I am writing to you from Italy. I saw the video, very well done and clear. One question, can you tell me who to buy the new LED headlight support you have installed from? Thanks
Andrea, you can find that on our website along with many other items for the Kawasaki Voyager and Vaquero.

Best video ever
Thank you very much, glad it was helpful!
This comment needs more thumbs up, lol! :)
Is this process brighter or better than installing LED bulbs in the existing housing?
LED bulbs offer a huge improvement over factory halogen bulbs with much higher lumens and a higher kelvin scale (whiter light) improving your nighttime vision and daylight visibility. The cost of that, however, is that there's no control of the beams as the parabolic shape of the headlight reflector scatters that LED bulb in all directions. Why do we care about that if it helps us see? Because our goal is not only having better nighttime vision to see further down the road and to see items being well-lit, but we also want to be seen by other motorists. The scattering of the light causes glare to oncoming drivers which is, at best, annoying to those drivers. In addition, however, it is dangerous because the glare can cause drivers to lose vision and can be deadly if it causes them to veer out of their lane at all. Full LED headlights are engineered to have better control of the beam, including the critical horizontal cut-off line meant to keep the brightest part of the beam far up the road for us, as riders, but low enough to help reduce or eliminate the glare to oncoming drivers. From a purely aesthetic standpoint, they really improve and modernize the look of the bike! Great question!!
@@EngineeredAdapters awesome info
Hey randy! I have a 2005 Kawasaki Vulcan vn2000 the 2004 also came out with that big fixed to fork bucket .
Is there any bracket for a led light?
There are a few different models of the 2000cc Vulcan - the Beast (wish they put that motor in the Voyager!). If you have the "big nacelle" style then I'm not aware of any that fit. If you have the 2000 Classic or 2000 Classic LT it should have the "bucket" style. In that case, this is the adapters you're looking for: engineeredadapters.com/product/vulcan-led-headlight-mounting-ring
ALSO! Do you have a mod for the turn signals?
Sorry, we don't have mods for the turn signals
Do y’all have anything in the works for a 2009 Vulcan Nomad 1700?
Someone else recently asked about this. Is there a demand for it? I thought there was one that was a close fit that just required some mods? If there's enough interest, we would look into this.
I have an 09 1700 Vulcan Nomad and I'd love a led headlight mod like the one in the video
@@EngineeredAdapters also looking for a 1700 nomad headlight upgrade. I'd have bought this right now if it were available.
@@heroofharo we have something in the works! Subscribe so you don't miss the video if we can make this work!
@@heroofharo We are nearing our launch for this product. It has taken a long time - I hope it is worth the wait!
What and where can I get it ?
engineeredadapters.com/product/headlight-led-mounting-ring
Wil this also work with the Vulcan Classic LT?
This model is only compatible with the Vaquero and Voyager since they have the fairing. For the other Vulcans like the 900, 1500, 1600, 1700 Classic / LT, etc, you need this bracket: engineeredadapters.com/product/vulcan-led-headlight-mounting-ring. The installation video can be found here: czcams.com/video/frTDf9gvHp4/video.html
@@EngineeredAdapters Perfect, and thanks for the incredibly quick response!
Do you guys make this for a 1996 Vulcan?
You're in luck, we are about ready to launch a bracket made for the other big Vulcan's! Stay tuned!
You did not mention blue Loctite.
Where can I find the 7" mounting ring to be used with your kit?
I bought mine on Amazon.
Amazon, Ebay, etc. Sometimes it will come with the LED headlight. You can also find full kits with the headlight, auxiliary lights and the HD mount ring.
It is no longer necessary to purchase any additional hardware - all mounting hardware, including the clamp rings, is not included in our kit!
Any tips on aiming the light? I loosen the top screw and it’s still high. And it’s all the way loose. I’m probably doing something wrong
Some customers have put a longer screw and spring in the top to get more adjustment. Others that had this same issue purchased a different LED light and were able to with no issue.
What light is that.
I got one of those...
Yes you did, along with a ton of other accessories on your Voyager! Thank you for supporting a family-owned business!
@@EngineeredAdapters a few things... all good stuff.
So, aside from this $109 kit, I also have to find another ring?
No it will come with the daymaker light you will buy.
@@rejlalum I bought a light, it did not come with a ring
Some lights are stand-alone but some sellers offer the light & ring together. If you purchase just an LED light you will also need the Harley 7" headlight mount ring.
This kit includes all necessary mounting hardware. You need only purchase the LED headlight of your choice. We sell 7" LED headlights as well: engineeredadapters.com/product/7-led-headlight
Any recommendations on a head light
Most any 7" Harley or Jeep compatible LED light should fit. Aside from that, the prices range from $60-$600.
We now offer LED headlights! engineeredadapters.com/product/7-led-headlight
