About the psychological torture: I read a report of the Jackie Gilliam case ages ago. It said Bittaker mocked her submissive attitude after he told her she was about to get raped: 'have you no pride, girl?'

It was some psychologist study of sadistic sexual offenders. Unfortunately I don't have it and I can't remember the name of the author. Hope I get lucky and find it. It's in the Web somewhere! Sorry
