- The world is at an “incredible turning point” as we wait for China to decide whether to act on Russia’s request for military support, according to Sky News host Chris Smith.
“As you would have heard, the Kremlin has made China squirm after it asked Beijing overnight for military equipment and support to sustain its invasion of Ukraine,” Mr Smith said.
“But the world is now waiting to see what China does.
“Will Beijing show us that it's dumping its historic policy of not interfering in other states' conflicts and provide part of its state-of-the-art weapons to Russia?
“Because that becomes a world war, does it not? Two authoritarian heavyweights, up against the rest, to enforce a new world order.”

The Chinese took those supplies and make knockoffs, and kept the good gear, sending their cheap stuff to the N.V.
One of the reasons the North had an uneasy relationship with China afterwords.
