DIY TONGUE & GROOVE EFFECT PANELS

Here is how we created a tongue and groove effect paneling for the kitchen using a router and straight edge. This proved to be a very cost effective way of doing it and resulted in a far superior finish than what was available to buy pre made. It also allowed us to create our secret door to the cellar in the previous video.
We used a combination of regular MDF and also moisture resistant MDF in areas where needed. All the panels will be primed and then finished in an oil based eggshell.
