Like! Is this 152mm achromat good for seeing galaxies ? (Not astrophotography).

Hi - I only use this for astrophotography, but the wide aperture makes this a great light collector so should be good for deep sky viewing too.

Do I see some erosion on the tube? how that could happen?

Hi mudlee - if I'm seeing the same as you it's lithium grease marking rather than erosion (the 'scope is kept indoors)
