Celica gets the -1 CD instant jump for her follow-up attack, not her 1st attack since her Special already pre-charges it. That is why Veyle's Scowl affected her, but she instant back-to-back Special against Loki. Also, the Charge status doesn't allow you to warp through impassable terrain, but her ring does so that is one major distinction.
No, her ring doesnât let her warp through impassable terrain too like Charge. It says so at the bottom of her warping description for her Engage effect.
@@Azure_Striker63 That clause at the bottom indicates that the wearer cannot END their movement on that space, but you can still go through it (hence Celine warping through it in the trailer). For the wording, the Ring says "space to" while Charge specifies "through"
I was surprised that E!Celica came with Resonance instead of Echo, unlike the preceding Emblems that had their Engage skill for their B-slot, though I could imagine how busted an extra magic attack would be under the right circumstances.
Yeah her special has pass so that means units like gatekeeper and myrrh canât stop her from warping! Also yeah resonance is kinda weird but it could be nice for fliers/cavs if they can inherit it so they can get dr shred. Canât wait for everyone to slap it on the gullveigs.
After how stacked Corrin's banner was, this one is rather disappointing. There's no way I'm going to snipe Gotoh when he's color sharing with 2 units I already have, same for Veronica, green is terrible - not just because of Xander (who I already have), but Merric and Rosado are in regular summoning pool too so there's no point pulling for them and blue like you said is really good. But I don't like sniping colors, so I'll be skipping this one. As for Celica, this warp looks insane on paper. I'm glad she's here, because last time we got any SoV characters they were sharing with Peony and Triandra and before that I don't even know. They have very few good units for limited hero battles. It's not as dire as with PoR characters though.
