That is what I plan to do what I am trying to do is become a successful accountant after getting a bachelors and a masters then I will do a small baking business on the side I basically have my entire life planned out and I know it probably won’t go exactly as plan because surprises and Sudden things but that is what I plan to do

I had a friend when i was 8 who wanted to be an accountant like her dad , she became an accountant

You should always share your passions with your kids but you should also encourage them to find their own passions.

It can get boring, you can want to change your career, and it's common for a lot of us to have hobbies that are completely different from our job. I crochet or watch dramas as hobbies, others do other things

Well, I'm an accountant and I don't think financial anaysts are pretty much accountants.

I was told my dreams were stupid, and after hearing it so often from my parents and siblings, I believed them, gave up on my dreams, and did what I was told to. Thank you so much for teaching your daughter that her dreams are valid. You're freaking awesome
I recently finished my accountant training, so respects to her! It was hard and it also wasn’t for me, which is why I‘m going to go to an artschool now and will hunt my personal dream✨

I'm so happy you're teaching her to follow her dreams and do what makes her happy. I grew up hearing the same things when I said I wanted to make money as an artist and I always got shut down. Now I'm stuck in a 9 to 5 miserable everyday and I can barely understand people unless they're cussing me out or screaming in my face.
OMG I miss vid w/ your GORGEOUS kiddos!!! I love watching wholesome fam shows and they are sooo hard to come buy nowadays...I used to watch 19 Kids and Counting thinking it was wholesome but ummm..........yea not so much! So cool to include your fam and love all of your vids!!! Only problem is I found a cupcake shop near me and everytime I watch you and your friend in her shop I have to visit my cupcake shop!
I have been dreaming of going into the culinary world since like 6th grade...not that long ago I decided that I specifically wanted to go into baking and pastry arts...my mom and just about anyone and everyone supports me...however, my dad really just cares about money...he has suggested that I go to medical school and become a CNA or go into the military ( I support any job that anybody does but I want to do something that I love doing and any other job just isnt what I want to do)...side note...even a few teachers at the high school I graduated from told me that what I wanted to do was a complete waste of time and that I would be cooking all day and go home and cook for my future husband...although I try not to let them get to me, sometimes my mind just goes back to that...I just wished my own dad would support me fully in what I want to do...I'm now 18 years old and I started both of my kitchen jobs this week and I'm super happy to be working on the path that I want to go! Moral of the story...do what you love to do!

It's not cliche at all! I'm raising my kids the same way. To do what makes THEM happy. Right now they do want to follow in my baking footsteps but I'm sure they'll change their minds 15 times before they settle on something and I'm totally ok with that. You're doing it right, mama.

My daughter loved baking as a young child and continues to this day. She became a talented award winning Pastry Chef and is now the Director of Pastry Arts and Pastry Chef Professor at a College.

I never really had a dream job and I switch around my hobbies a ton. I ended up becoming an accountant and it definitely gives me the means to pursue whatever I am feeling outside of work. Also with remote work getting big, remote accountant jobs are a great way to be able to travel!

Always be careful with exposing your kiddo to your audience, not to scare you at all, just to be safe with her.
