- Open sharing interface.
- Scan QR code to sharing.
- Select the channel need to for sharing.
- Select the permissions.
- Accept for sharing.
- Manage sharing settings.
- Delete the sharing.

Informative video. Can you tell me how can I change default video quality setting on hik-connect app from 'Basic' to HD please? After I change it from 'basic' to 'hd' it reverts to 'basic' when I go back into the app each and every time.

I am other country first that is connect with mobile i don't know how disconnected from the now i am qr scan but after scan that say applying for share . after contact with device owner for approved application please solve my problems.

Hello, Can you tell me model of device? You need login to the device go to Network -> Advanced Setting -> Platform Access and you can see the encryption key. Thank you!

@@marcemagallanes6902 Hi Marce, If you view via domain, I think your gateway does not support loopback. The solution for you is that you should add your DVR to the app one more with local IP address then you can live view the camera at home with the new name just added. Thank you!
unknow error-1 with i manualy input sa s/n,the app i use is hik-connect and IVMS-4500
why I can't use different wifi especially when I'm at different location to view my cctv. I can only view them with the same wifi as the cctv connected to. I need help
I think you connecting with cameras by IP address local. If you use cloud, you need scan QR code of the cameras to add into your Hik-connect account. Then you can live view it anywhere

After sharing it says INPUT THE ENCRYPTION PASSWORD. CONTACT THE ADMINISTRATOR TO GET THE PASSWORD. I don't who is the administrator. How to solve this issue. Please anybody advise
Hi Bro, Encryption password we need setup it first, you can login into the IP camera / NVR/ DVR and into Network and into Platform Access -> and we can see the encryption or change or setup again. Thank you Bro!
