    NEW HERE?
Hi, I’m Stephen Cabral, Board Certified Doctor of Naturopathy and Integrative Health Practitioner.
For years I struggled with trying to figure out how to overcome multiple life-alternating illnesses such as auto-immune, Addisons, type 2 diabetes, digestive, allergies, insomnia, and debilitating fatigue.
Then I discovered a mentor who taught me how to combine and integrate multiple health practices into one. From there I tested these theories by traveling all around the world and discovering how to finally help people rebalance their bodies and live the life they always wanted.
I’m happy to say that after being shown the way and now creating my own proven protocols based on combining the best of ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with state-of-the-art Functional Medicine my team and I have completed over 250,000 appointments helping people just like you and I.
If you’re interested in getting well, losing weight, or living longer stronger, I look forward to helping you to accomplish those goals. Be well and please always reach out if you have any questions or if my team and I can be of service!

Thank you! I had mold toxicity from breast implants and moving to a condo that looked pristine but had hidden mold. I had to move because the association claimed I didn’t have mold, despite a professional mold report. Now my son has been living with me for over 2 years because his father hasn’t bothered to get his house remediated “yet”.

I was exposed to mold on my window sill bedroom. I have had chronic fatigue since. 6 yrs. 3 months ago no gluten, dairy, alcohol, fermented, etc. need a detox tho.

I eat dried fruit every once in a while. What I learned from, "The Mucusless Diet Healing System" annotated version by Professor Spira. Eating dried fruits {dates, raisins & prunes} helps to eliminate mucus from the body.

What about sauerkraut and fermented pickles- not the kind that are pasteurized and preserved in vinegar, but the ones fermented in a salt brine?? Are those okay?

Thank you! Would you also say tomatoes? I stayed away from night shades for years but tomatoes have been brought back and I’ve been feeling so well with them. Listening more to my body and it’s been empowering! Your Boston accent!! Haha!! Mine comes out when I’m ti-ed!! :) :) Take good care! Appreciate you!

What do you mean the lighter of wine are better. Are you saying white wine is better than red wine? Thanks for sharing

    So what people can eat?

  • @jpslaym0936

The list of these is so extensive that it becomes or may become psychologically prohibitive to implement. What about a risk based approach to this, i.e. which of these foods contain the highest risk to people as part of their food supply, which are medium and which are low

Would the hot water in coffee kill the mold, or are the toxins still active?
