  • Stage 1 can be found here: • EZGO TXT MA705 Front S...
Stage 2 consists of rotating the front springs front to back and removing the extra leaf. This gives us the drop in ride height. Then relocating the shock mounts lower to the front of the "axle" gives us the additional travel.
Stage 3 will be the upgrade to 1/4" air lines (for faster travel speeds), tank, compressor, gauges, 12x6 0 offset wheels, 205 30r12 tires and switches and a TXT 3" lowering kit (since the kit is discontinued, if I can't find one, I may have to have one fabricated).

can you please explain or show your front steering including the intermediate shaft? I cannot figure out how you're able to have that much movement and the steering work? Thanks, I want to do this to my ezgo!

I have more details on the front suspension in my other videos. I haven't done anything with the intermediate shaft here.

Love the setup man. I've got a similar setup on my EZGO. How did you modify the slip joint on the steering joint to allow for the extra travel. Currently, if I air all the way up my slip joint will come apart.

I haven't had any issues with my slip joint. I have heard of people having issues if they modify the joint so they can get the front even lower and then it comes out when aired up.

What year Ezgo? How do you keep the front tires aligned?

Its a 2011. The front stays aligned the same as if it were stock. Both leafs are still triple bolted at each end. They're just more flexible without the extra lesf for stiffness.
Check out my other vids for more details.

@@aberk20 I have a 98 with the older steering. I’m going to to have to upgrade to the 4 bolt set up!
