I went to snow's yesterday to buy the camp oven from your web site recommendation, myself and another customer were standing looking at an empty shelf. we got talking and both of us were there because we both love fire to fork. we told the staff at Snowy's they need to keep your stuff in stock, then went down the road to tent word and got the last 2 they had in stock. it was nice to meet another fire to fork fan, you should be proud of all your hard work. There is no mistaking the sound it made when you run a blade across the crunchy crispy skin. I had no idea it’d take so long to cook a belly. It’s on the list to do now

I’ve tried a few methods to get crunchy pork crackling when camping but never managed to nail it (the flesh is awesome but the crackling just doesn’t work out). We all know that the meat is just a vessel for the crackling so I’m pumped to try this!
