I had a request to show a fast fortress with the Dutch, so here it is! And it is against France, so its that much better! Hope you all enjoy!

At 9:55 you can't build your market in that spot because France's native scout is stealthed somewhere in that area. It blocks you from building where the native scout is standing (even if you can't see it) because it is an enemy unit. Your explorer can reveal stealthed units, allowing you to catch the scout and kill it.
That guy was pretty good, tho.
I`m just gonna tupe my thought/suggestions as I watch the video, I`m not a good players so take this in consideration:
-I usually age with 14-15 vills, it feel a bit faster
-try to build a bank a bit faster, maybe don`t gather gold in transition
-build the stuff a bit further from the tc so u can herd the animals behind them[see how easily he raided you and your vills had pathing issues going in the tc]
-build 2 military buildings since you`re gonna have enough resources going by fortress
Usually I preffer to go 5-10 cav semi FF[for raids and defending], and make some hus in transition and get the veteran upgrade, send military shipments and attack ofc. I prefer hussars because just skirm ruyt seem very low hp for me.
I hope you won`t get this the wrong way, I~m also very high right now. ^^

French villagers are very resistant to ranged fire. Something to keep in mind when chasing them with ruyters :)

Just a little tip early on send the church improvement before the single bank cards as from 1 shipment u get 2 banks instead of just 1 extra

This video teaches a big lesson anyway... dutch are anyway mix dependent which is a key thing not only in 1 v 1 but also in team games. Mix it well... dutch ppl.

Skirms are good for the first two ages, at fortress is best to go with halberdriers and ruyters for raiding. Fort should be the first card to choose also...
bro just a tip play with the view on very far, u can see more and manage more in one screen ! nice video tho never thought of using the 700f for an ff but works nicely

Samurai. Love your vids. Could you try Dutch FF with Ronin in the saloon with the Dance Hall card? I feel like you could easily get 20+ ronin then raid the base quickly with the dutch bank boom

Hey Samurai, i have a question about the gameplay. Howcome you dont send the banks through shipments instead of spending the resources?
Teun Barbé You can technically get them faster and cheeper if you send in the wood and food. It also let's you build 3 in 2 shipments and age up. If you send in 3 banks, it would take longer to age up because of 3 shipments.
But when would be the ideal time to send them! Thank you for your time and responding, keep up the great videos!
After you attack Age 3 would be the best time IMO!

How do you do that where you give a villager or the explorer multiple commands and they follow all of them, starting with the first? (Like at the start of the video with the villager and the deer)

I'm really new to this game, but why do you farm animals over using a mil?
Brandon Corpuz On this map you get a livestock pen for free when you start. Otherwise I would use a mill!
Brandon Corpuz Been playing this game for several years and this comment may seem late but in aoe3 it is always best to hunt at first then later on build a mill. Two reasons is that for some reason, when hunting for food you get it faster and you will need it to age quickly. Hope this comment answers your question.

Apparently no, he wanted a rush-like strategy. Walls are pretty much if you want to turtle the game all day. If the game get prolonged enough maybe wallks could be an option.

Gg next Time Spam ruyter 100Ruyter and 50Skirm is a Terrible army which no one can win.
You have good vids man, but you do not seem to improve at your vill-management over the time you upload your vids: you have way too many vills on coin, especially if know you have 3 banks. Therefore you do not have enough wood, which you traded 3-5 times for coin for a bad market rate.
Also, you do not have vills in queue for a few minutes although you have to much coin..
As an advice I'd say you need to look more often on your resources-supply and decide whether you have to re-assign some of your vills!

Yeah, I understand. I was way to focussed on attacking at that point and could see victory in the distance. I often forget my eco at that point.
