The photo was taken at the beginning of 2022, at the height of the coronavirus pandemic. At that time, all participants and audience members were required to wear masks for protection. Otherwise, the event would unfortunately not have been able to take place. The mask requirement has now been lifted for some time and we are very happy to be back on stage without masks.
Many of the great rock songs are later accompanied by an orchestra or big band. Most of the time it sounds good or even better than the original. In this video, Curtis' song is simply destroyed. It sounds terribly "torn", Curtis' voice is overwhelmed by the "aresive screaming" of the big band. It's a shame because Curtis' voice is just amazing and unique.
