When you have these firms buying up properties (and not selling them back to potential home buyers), the price for every other property goes up. Simple supply and demand. We have to close that loophole and incentivize people to buy. Property ownership is still the best way to generational wealth. As "common" Americans, this should not be hard to understand. But, most have been brainwashed to believe the messaging from the uber rich. So, we continue to fight for scraps.

As a former democrat in 2016, please, vote for policy and not based on emotion/personality. The majority of her policies don’t make sense. She’s been in office for last 3.5 years and the economy is not well. Immigration is out of control. I live in Colorado and the Venezuelans are bringing their politics here and hundreds of them have gathered at shopping centers like a protest. They are out asking to clean our windshields and blocking traffic at times. Oh, they also were living in dozens of tents outside our Six Flags.

Fellow Democrats - Please explain to me how giving $25k to home buyers won't cause home sellers to raise their prices by $25k. Please tell me how handing thousands of dollars to millions of people through the child tax credit won't cause the price of gooods/services to go up. Opening up energy will lower transformation costs. That lowers consumer prices and provides a vehicle to transition to EV production and lower consumer price without Tax incentives which under Bidon only benefited upper middle class and rich.

We had first home buyer grants in Australia. All that happened was that it drove prices higher. The government has sinced removed that grant except if it is a new build. That is a better solution as it promotes increased supply which remains the key way to provide housing for people. Not provide more money to just buy the limited supply that exists.
I am from California. Many of my black folk I grew up with are leaving San Francisco, Oakland, and other areas and relocating to Stockton, Tracy, and even out of state because of the high cost of living. When she raises the corperate tax rate to 28% it will hit small businesses the most and that means more inflation because that gets passed to consumers "INFLATION". What is so amazing is that there's so many Americans who think you can practice at this job when you get it.What is going on?This woman is completely unqualified.She was a disaster in California.Look at their state that was all her doing.She was a disaster as a Vice President.She did absolutely nothing at the border.And she was definitely called over and over again.The border zar by her own party! I believe in a lot of Democrat ideals like gun control and abortion. But I lived throughout South America and price control is moronic! Look at Argentina and Venezuela and the destruction of their currencies and lack of supplies. When you enforce price restriction on necessary goods, they simply switch to producing more profitable products or export to neighboring countries that will pay the price. This is very dangerous economic thinking.
The Insurance Companies are on of the Worst Price Gouging Industries there is! People with home mortgages and that own or drive vehicles are required to have insurance, but these companies have the largest price hikes and unscrupulous practices that should be illegal!
