Thanks Grandma. I’m watching this while drinking my homemade cranberry juice. I make my cranberry juice in my Instant Pot, in the low cooking setting. After 4 hrs, I use the mash potato smasher, than strain it. I add a little bit of apple cider vinegar to preserve it longer. I sweetened it with stevia, on demand

I have kidney troubles once a year now it seems that I'm older. I used to care for elderly nuns 30 years ago and they all would drink cranberry juice when they had a urinary tract infection or bad arthritis. I have high blood pressure, so I add dried hibiscus flowers to my cranberries to make a beautiful red punch. Hibiscus flowers are really good for helping regulate blood pressure. I let the hibiscus flowers simmer for about 15 minutes longer than the fresh cranberries. Then cool, strain, and enjoy - sweetened or unsweetened.
