I was wondering you have 2 screens 1 tablet and 1 mobile
Is there a way to switch it when you are on mobile the app will you open screen2 if not screen1

Yeah there are lot of ways you can implement that... One is App.Screensize property if screen size is 3 or 4 then it is landscape mode and if screen size 1 or 2 then it is portrait mode.
App.Orientation property is also there which return Vertical or Horizontal depending on the device we are on.
Condition is If we have Phone device then Orientation will be Vertical else it will be Horizontal.
