- I have bought the Parkside cordless lawn mower PRMA 40-li A3 (new model 2021) and I would like to share with you my first experience. Price was about 120 EUR (without batteries - to operate this mower you will need 2pcs of 4Ah 20V battery). Parkside PRMA 40-Li A3 is a new version of the cordless lawn mower from Lidl.

Cutting width: approx. 43 cm
Cutting height: 25-75 mm
Volume of the collection bin: approx. 50 l
Speed: 2,900-3,300 min⁻¹

I got this mower last week and I am excited so far! Enough power, easy handling. Had not expected it to be this good for that price.

@Tom De Sadeleer There is this little black part - when it is inserted the mower does mulch. I am from Germany and in the specs here it was listed. When I unboxed the whole thing it was already attached. I don't know if in other countries they sell other versions but I really cannot imagine -- I believe they sell the same hardware everywhere, only manual and package description differs.
@Tom De Sadeleer yes it has a mulch plug already connected when you get the package new. you need to unplug the mulch kit, if you like to use the grass bag

Are you using Parkside brand batteries? Or will any brand work?
I've been searching for one of these for the last 18 months. Lidl's office tell me when they're coming on sale but not one ever turns up in our town. I've bought the batteries all ready for use, but no frigging mower!

I hope someone can help me. Does anyone experience grass clippings blow up through the grass collection bag filling indicator when it is open? I am also having trouble re-inserting the mulch kit. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
hi, is it possible to use 1x 4ah and 1x 2ah or its better to use 2x2ah or 2x4ah ?
Je réponds en français vu ton pseudo haha, oui c'est possible ! Les Ah sont comme la taille du réservoir, tant que le voltage est le même ça fonctionnera sans problème :-)
How long does it run on 1 charge (2 x 4Ah batteries?)?
Really depends... 15min on extreme tall grass, probably 45 on small grass.
I would say approximately 400-500 square meters - one charge (my experience). Normal height of grass (10cm approximately).
@@DerFledderer i ordered it and hopefully will get it tomorrow. Then I'll start testing it. I hope it can run for longer than 45mins. If not I'll regret the buy 😅

@@MartinsProjects I already have 4 x 2Ah batteries from the parkside X20v Team other devices. Do you think it would be enough for 30 or 40 minutes on normal grass? (the whole 4 batteries)
How does PRMA 40-Li A2 differ from PRMA 40-Li A3 from PRMA 40-Li B2 from PRMA 40-Li C1?
