Very informative! Thank you so much. I have eaten clovers before. I love the freedom that knowledge affords us. We should all invest in obtaining more wisdom in these areas. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge on these subjects. Love all of your videos.

i have lots of this and plantain all over in a field by my house and i have lots of mint growing too...i use all of it...i never pay for tea all year...the girlfriend dried dandelions for me and i had tea all winter and just now used the last of it...make tea to take with me to work...my co-workers and other people are crazy spending money on little cans of overpriced caffeine sugar water they call RED BULL...and they think i am crazy for making stuff from plants...i used pine needle and dandelion teas and it took away pains and aches in no time flat...i dont buy those overprices supplements either

White and red clover beyond their own use for food and for adding nitrogen and oxygen to the soil directly. Clover are an indicator of a good pH and a good soil for other herbs and plants in the area to be free from many contaminants.

Very cool video. Love your presenting style, very natural, just presenting the facts as you gather it. Love the others too- how'd you learn all of it? Thanks!!

lol very true, but there's not that much of it in clover and the plant version isn't like the chemical version. If your body doesn't need it it doesn't absorb it.

If and when the life as we know it comes to an end, we can turn our fields into Grocery stores! A lot of good Health is out there in the fields, as long as you know how to tell what it is, and, the fields are not contaminated?!

Is there a meaningful difference between red clover and crimson clover in terms of nutritional value?
