It’s funny all the hate for Nick based off a single ranked game, the guy was a pro before a streamer and is literally a legend in the pro scene. Top tier pro team in gears pro league and amazing pro team in halo (which were both huge leagues back in the day). Several tourney wins in fortnite and warzone. Reached apex pro league on first year attempting it. Tripods reached 17th out of 40th place in first year in pro league while always POI hopping or contesting and without a coach and on gents first year as IGL. You don’t do that if one teamate is so bad that “he can’t reach masters without being carried” as many of y’all r saying. He’s not as good as gent and deeds but he certainly carry’s his own weight

Halo? I played Halo for years... Nick was never in the comp scene that deep. They tried (Nsanez) playing at the DC combine in 2010 (i know cause we warmed up vs then) but that was the extent of it.

I would say he's more skilled than 95% of the playing pop that plays ranked. You have to consider he started the game way later than the top level pros. Competitive wise its a whole different story but at the end he's still winning in his eyes because not only is making good money streaming and playing a game he actually enjoys, but also is able to compete.

People don’t want to give him credit but it’s undeniable. No matter how good the people he plays with are he would never have gotten to where he is just by being carried. It doesn’t work that way. He’s constantly learning and growing and has the passion and will to be one of the best. Just like he did in every other game he’s played.

I would argue he shouldn't have jumped down if that zipline wasn't there, but because it was he could have jumped down, insta knocked seer, then had time to zip back up or stay low and pinch hal. Out of a million different attempts in that exact situation there is no way they should have lost a single time. You don't have to be a apex coach because that is basic knowledge to anyone diamond or above. Arguably maybe even lower. Also apex coaches are almost always garbage hence why they're a coach and not a player. If you're going to use an argument like that that makes no sense say apex pro, or apex pred or anything else that doesn't make it noticeable that you're an idiot
