- We are very sad to hear of the tragic passing of Christophe Dominici. He entertained rugby fans all across the world with his explosive pace and try scoring ability. His performance against the All Blacks in 1999 will go down as one of the greatest of all time.

This French Winger Christophe Dominici was a thorn to opposing teams. I remember him coming to Fiji and doing damage to the Flying Fijians back home. Even against the Mighty All Blacks, he still wreck havoc on the field. As much as I despised him, he was an Exciting and Explosive Winger. R.I.P to one of the Greats of French Rugby, perhaps one of the Top 10 French Wingers of All Time.

Very fond memories especially the try vs the all blacks was on a ferry that day and it was a rough sail but never forget that match. Christophe also punished us Irish frequently :-) absolute flying machine thanks for the memories 😊 rest in peace ✌️ x
