Random question. I’m a raiden main NRS nerfed stormcell into the ground. Stormcell can no Linder snatch opponents whom are airborne unless opponent is in mid combo. My question is Smoke EX move called “Smoke bomb enhanced”. Can someone please help me understand why 50/50 of the time smoke will either come down with a overhead or will go invisible. Try to find a way to punish it. However the move is inconsistent. bug possible?

Somebody will eventually come up with 60+ damage combo, it's just a little bit early.
I don't know about this one most I've found so far was 40 1 bar 1 kameo.
