  • Today I'm going to be attempting to solve this impossible bottle puzzle! It's a tricky puzzle where a bolt and nut are attached to a wooden cylinder and you have to unscrew the bolt and remove all the contents. The hardest part is putting it all back together again. Hope you enjoy!

I have this puzzle. It took me 20 minutes to get it apart, however it took me almost 2 days to get it back together. So good on ya Chris. Better puzzler than I.

You have my respect for solving this puzzle and putting it back. There were many times that I would just give up. But you kept going at it and actually solved it. Wow! Much respect to you! :)

It's amazing how these puzzles can teach you a life lesson, when i first watched I thought "sure you can undo it but putting it back together is impossible" when it was completley possible all along.

My goodness, Chris, you have so much patience. I would’ve smashed the bottle out of frustration within the first 5 minutes

"With a little bit of time, and a little bit of frustration, and some swearing,we'll get there."

That was seriously impressive. Your level of determination and patience is incredible. Well played dude

  • Its none of my business

I like to imagine that puzzles can teach lessons to our selves, but you could only learn those lessons if you had the patience to solve them. But the notion of putting puzzles back together is another lesson all together. This puzzle reminds me of what its like to start life as an adult knowing to start by getting the nut off the screw (like getting a job) and having the hard work, patience and persistence to do it, eventually until you succeed. Once you've done that, you prepare for retirement which is putting the puzzle back together. You put the puzzle back together out of love and respect for your children and grand children so that they can learn what you have because it gave you that feeling of accomplishment which if key for a happy and fulfilling life. Unlike these damn boomers. They solved it and threw the whole damn thing away. and now us younger generations have to completely rebuild this puzzle and none of us even know where to begin because we're all over worked and tired as hell trying to keep up with bills and shit.

Fairly certain someone has probably said this a few hundred times. But that lockpick this is known as a cotter pin. They’re used to keep nuts in place on bolts. Great video!

If I ever got locked in a prison with Chris I would calmly go rest in a corner for hours or days or whatever is needed just thinking "whatever he'll take us out".

I know this is super late but the pin is supposed to go through the bottom hole, part of the puzzle is to remove the pin as well. Not sure how yours "fell" out or whatever, but your version was a bit easier because of this.
