RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
3 potatoes.
Water.
Cook until completely cooked.
Drain the water.
Peel the potato skins.
Mash the potatoes into potato puree.
Cheese 150 g.
Parsley.
Salt 1 tbsp.
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon.
Nutmeg 1/4 tsp.
Potato starch 4-5 tablespoons.
Mix well.
Sprinkle the table with starch.
Divide the dough into 3 parts.
Roll out the dough.
Divide the dough into small squares.
Olive oil.
Fry the squares in heated oil over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
Sauce:
Cream 100 g.
Worcestershire sauce 20 g.
1 teaspoon of mustard.
