How to repair heavy duty stapler pin stuck

I am showing how to properly repair the heavy duty stapler when the staples
get stuck in staple cartridge ,I am opening it full and take out the stuck
pins inside also I show what is inside heavy duty stapler.

Hello! I have a stapler that looks almost the same. I just took it apart, cleaned it and lubricated it because it feels to weak. In your video it looks like there is a washer under the adjustment screw? I dont have that, maybe thats my problem.

I was able to remove the jammed staple but it's not working now. The carriage is loose. Do you have any other videos that could help?

If it is not placed back same it might not work also there might be some damage to the striker

My carriage won't stay in. Read somewhere that 2 lugs are suppose to hold it? Did I lose a part?

It is built in holder which hold the stapler no need attach anything ,that pusher with spring holds the stapler in place and keep pressure on it

Please use high quality staplers with same brand otherwise the hammer is damaged because it is point of hit is damaged

😅😅 you don't have to open it like that just to remove the stepler refill. You just need to pull back the carrier track back and it will open and you can remove the refill from the front.

Sometimes the stapler pin stuck inside the stapler and doesn't come out ,which can not be taken out until open like this and clean.
