Yamaha tenere 700 Unifilter install

Today I install the Australian made uni filter for the Yamaha Tenere 700, uni filter sell two filters for the T7 today I install both filters, the first is the blue airbox foam filter, second is the red pre-filter, both filters come pre-oiled and ready to go, once I get the filters dirty enough I will make a video of cleaning, I suspect that the pre-filter will be enough, the paper air filter I removed had 4300 miles of both road and off-road use mostly road use, I forgot to mention that I cut 15mm from the snorkel as recommended by uni-filter this is to improve dirt distribution in the foam, in the video you can see the dirt in the paper filter is mostly at the bottom.

Mine did not come with the outer filter so i just put a women stockings to block primary particles 😉

I used my excato knife or a stainless blade or razor blade etc
