Don't be deceived by her appearance. She looks like a bishoujo lolita, but this little cutie is actually the Sorcerer Supreme of the Street Fighter universe (and also possibly a time-traveller from the future).
I don't see anyone having a problem with her design, her design kind of reminds me a Karin's SFV redesign and nobody has a problem with that I think she be a fun elegant character to play as in a 3D street fighters game

With the release of sf5 story mode I think Ingrid is less outta no where. We have a soul devouring pillar man sent to devour the strongest fighters who gets nerfed by a warrior talking shit but gets his ass whooped but then seals that soul devouer in his own body as the nerf. Zangeif is unkillable in canon since he survives dropping hundreds of feet with no damage and breaks a katana by just standing there also don't forget the spanish ninja that can fly to london from Brazil in one jump.
