The award-winning Rosslyn Grove in Nairobi, Kenya, is 90-apartment turnkey development on behalf of the United States’ Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations, providing a long lease tenure and a AAA credit rating.
GREA and its development partner used the opportunity to introduce disadvantaged women to the build environment through Kenya based NGO Buildher, providing on-the-job and theoretical vocational and life skills.
Rosslyn Grove was handed over to the tenant in December 2022 and is managed by Grit Real Estate Income Group.
