I always try to improve my vocabulary and practice some speaking tests in order to improve my speaking skills.However, while I´m speaking I tend to forget some words. This is the reason that I need continuing practice. I truly believe that practice makes perfect. Great video as always.

The problem is that i am forgetting new words that i memorized as not using in my daily life so every new word becomes always new. I got to repeat them everyday so make them easy words to use like very easy words such as school, friend etc.

Just listen everyday and practice new words you can also use josh skill app for speaking English you would definitely not feel shy because on that app you can't see other person it is just audio call there and practice alot it makes you perfect and confident speaker
Try to learn in context! With the phases o situations and repeat again for 5 times is a example.
