the battery timing would be a big issue on both phones its better go for some updates flagship or i will prefer mid range phone in this price range if you still go for 7+ or s9 Plus you would have to charge them 2 or 3 times a day hope it would be enough for you
how is vivo v23 for day to day use? no gaming..only CZcams insta WhatsApp and some stuffs
