I worked at Best Buy and Apple before in the past. Electronics are sent off as PRC to salvage anything of value. Other electronics end up in recycling, which is kept in store and then shipped off. Even our dumpster was a compactor that was inaccessible from the outside. This was the case with all the stores I worked at. There's no outdoor space for garbage/recycling, especially at Apple. Think about how the exterior of their building looks, you think they set a dumpster full of goodies next to it? A decade or two ago, dumpster diving actually did work bc companies werent seeing it as another form of income or return. Things have changed, including the addition of clickbait dbags. These guys are absolute phonies and i'm sure they're whole channel is.
