Anybody who actually watched most of the Lakers season knows that his game management, schemes, rotations, and ability to hold the locker room together were all lacking. Hire Mark Jackson.

Ham was not a good coach (never uses his timeouts and challenges at the right time, cant adapt to a situation,...) in the first place; same for the majority of the coaches LBJ had. MJ never won a single series without the GOAT of coaching...while LBJ won titles with 3 different coaches and went to the finals with 5 of them.

Are you really trying to compare Blatt and Ham to Van Gundy & Riley? The problem in LA is not just the coaches, you also have to look at Rob Pelinka, because that's who's being scapegoated here. Ham never should have been hired for that position. I do believe that LeBron should be a 3rd option, but when you have an inconsistent supposed lead guy in Anthony Davis, he doesn't really have that luxury. The Westbrook trade never made sense at all, hell - breaking u a championship team didn't either. Honestly, the Lakers have been a shit show for years. None of this should be surprising.

And the hilarious thing about that situation is he didn’t want Spoelstra as a head coach. Pat Riley had to tell him he’s not running the show like he had been at every team he was on in the past and in the future. He’s turned Anthony Davis into the same crybaby. @theophilus3793 I didn't miss the point. He is trying to say why is Lebron having a podcast as opposed to not having one before. He is also trying to say he is trying to control the narrative. Last i checked, we have never heard Lebron say he didn't want to talk about basketball, only that he didn't want to coach. Steven A has been saying this control the narrative for years in an attempt to discredit any athlete he disagrees with. Why tf would Lebron allow others to tell stories when he doesn't even speak to Steven A. In his 20-year career, he hasn't spoken to Steven A unless perhaps in passing. Hearing things behind the scenes and speculating isn't truth unless you hear it directly from the source. So again, why is it a problem for Lebron to have his podcast? Everyone else has theirs for the exact same reasons. Steven A simply wants to be the person who tells the news from his perspective. We can all make the assumption that Steven A is trying to control the narrative and doesn't want anyone else getting info elsewhere. I completely fot the point I simply disagree 100%. Spolestra is a great coach, but he lost to Lebron in one chip and lost another. Mike brown won some rings but as a Warriors assistant.
