But Cameroon in one of the worst.
If you make the ratio GDP/population of Russia and compare it to Cameroon's, you'd see how poor Cameroon is. And despite the country's poverty, the president has the audacity to get paid a 600 thousands dollars salary per year.

Harry Truman and oddly Calvin Coolidge and Woodrow Wilson were the poorest Presidents in America, indeed Truman was impoverished for most of his life and politics was essentially his "day job" in that after his Presidency he was essentially unemployable due that Secret Service policies wouldn't allow him to live a normal life (for example when you become President you essentially lose your right to drive an automobile or use public transportation), anyway, because of this and that Truman was essentially below the salt, Congress specifically made a law to give former presidents a pension to keep Truman on his feet

You also messed up on the name of the President of Iceland. It’s Guðni T. Jóhannesson.
The money that the Queen of Denmark gets from the government every year doesn’t go all into her own pocket. It’s used to pay the salaries for staff at court as well as for inner maintenance of castles that she uses which are owned by the government and to pay for upkeep of a few castles that she does own. She is also required to use this money to fund any official travel taken on behalf of the nation of Denmark as well as any private travels.
For years the Queen has had a tradition of taking a short trip to Britain in December to buy gifts for her family. The Danish royals are not poor, but they are quite far from the richest royals in Europe. They live quite modestly. Royal women are known for reusing and altering dresses they have worn before. Queen Margrethe II just celebrated her 50th jubilee. She is now the longest reigning monarch in Europe.

Olena worked there in some management position and as a script writer, and Zelenskyy was a manager, the lead in their comedy shows, acted in almost a dozen movies (look up his IMDB), starred in his very successful tv show "Servant of the People", produced another very successful tv show "Svaty" (Inlaws), voiced the Paddington Bear movies for the Ukrainian version, etc. If he had had his career in western Europe, he'd easily be worth €200m, like eg. German comedian and producer Stefan Raab.
After selling their shares of the company when Zelenskyy became president, I read (from multiple sources) that they were worth around $20m. Which is peanuts compared to what they would have earned in a 20 year career of this magnitude in the west. But still, pretty wealthy.
So, even if she really went on a 40K shopping spree in Paris, so what? She can't go shopping to calm her nerves like other rich people do (who aren't even at war)? I don't believe this shopping spree story, though, because she usually wears Ukrainian designers, why would she go to Paris for that? And their clothes might not even be available there, so it makes no sense. Plus, the story originated from some dubious Telegram channel and the amount of money is changed by people every day, one day it's 20K, the next it's 40K, the next it's suddenly 200K... yeah, sure, sounds really legit. /sarcasm

It'd be interesting to see how their wages compare to the average full-time worker in their countries. Ratio I may look some of them up, or may not.

Japan’s Naruhito is not a president.
He is a emperor of Japan.
    Japanese president is Humio Kishida.

This video is about Heads of State, also colloquially known as Presidents. It clearly says under Naruhito's name that he is Emperor. Fumio Kishida is Prime Minister and thus only Head of Government, and not relevant for this video

As a President, - yes, but he is also a successful businessman, he has earned a lot of money before his presidency in the sphere of entertainment. When his presidential term is over, he won't rely on the money earned as a President. He has other assets.

@@tanyaamosava241 I'm not talking about his business and how much money he made from entertainment. I'm sure it's a blatant lie that he gets 11,000. Ukraine is the most corrupt country in Europe. This was even before the war. And you can prove anything to me, but to believe that the president of 11,000 in the most corrupt country on our continent must be an idiot

I can only speak for the USA, but the reason the salary is high is because hypothetically the USA could elect a president from lesser means, though that hasn't happened since Harry Truman.

Если в стране где народ есть выборы и всё такое, - там президент чиновник ему нужна зарплата
А если диктатор и рабы, - то да там вся страна и её население принадлежит диктатору
