Owen beck is playing in OHL can we just calm down please? Imagine Slaf in OHL lmfao…

Slaf should play in the OHL right now.

@@Blue-bv1ur He has nothing to learn there playing with kids that’s for sure. That’s a bad take in my opinion. At least AHL at worst.

      Maybe nothing to LEARN.
      But TEARING IT UP
      gives you confidence.
      And even more than that…
      Reaching certain plateaus
      (Like 80,90,100 points)
      it has a psychological effect.
      If you’ve never done it…
It CAN become like a mental barrier.
I think ONE season of Slafs going in the OHL
      and putting up 120+ points…
Would have helped him in the long run.
(And then 1 FULL year in the AHL next year)

@@justicebolt5293 I agree that the AHL would be better he needs to build his confidence and play lower tier opposition to get accustomed to NA I was exaggerating about the OHL because Owen is a solid prospect either way. I think he can learn a lot.

Hope Beck can be a great Center for the Canadiens, but i think Slaf will definitely be better. He will take a few years to develop into his true potential. I think he will break out around the age of 21/22

I really like Owen Beck but it's absolutely ridiculous to say that he'll be one of the best two-way guys to ever play for the Habs. The Habs have had Bob Gainey and Guy Carbonneau as forwards. I'll be ecstatic if Owen Beck turns out to be as good as Phillip Danault.

No man's land is not where you want to be with the 2023 draft. Montreal has been in "no man's land" for 30 years and it is not the place to be.

One of the worst passers lol. Should call this guy back 😂 This is why we are where we are, and the people working as scouters and GMs are where they are.

    “The the the the
The Olympics didn’t have NHL players, it wasn’t the best best best players from the NHL…”
    Gary, Gary Gary GARY…
    You realize…?
    That those were STILL
the best players OUTSIDE of the NHL, RIGHT?!
    That means :
Best players from the KHL, SHL, Liiga, DEL, etc etc etc.
And a 17 YEAR OLD KIDDD
was the best player among ALL of those MEN
    25 yo men
    26yo men
    27yo men
    28yo men…

  • @moonobservergilles5730

and players will be traded: Anderson, numberr 68, number 27, number 40, number 63, will not be there next year.

  • @moonobservergilles5730

in 5 years we will know what Slavkosky becomes. until then the learning process in following his corse. I would have thought he would look a bit more sharper but 18 young even if in a man's body.
He seems to not know where he should be on the ice in the D zone??? normal at 18. At 23 we shall know if he becomes an impact player for MTL?

The guy on the call is a clown, has no knowledge about hockey and I question if he's even watched habs game to criticize the 18 year old like that.. His voice sounds non confident, just sounds like he talks too much
