What if you're a consumer and the merchant charged your c/card without your authorization? I reported the unauthorized charge to my credit card company immediately. After a supposed investigation, they sided with the merchant and charged back the amount to my account! How can we have so little protection as consumers?

Can you chargeback a company if they charge you more than what they told you. For example. Flighthub changed me $100 for cancellation/handling fees, even though rep told me $70
How is it chargeback with scam broker ? Is it also the same process? I thought we could only ask for a chargeback once for one transaction.

I recently bought a Mac 💻 from the online Apple Store. It stated I would receive my laptop on a certain day and two weeks after I finally decided to contact Apple. I was told it might be because of a delay. A week later I called Apple and the status on the product was still on processing, so they asked me if I wanted a dispute and I said “Yes” a week or two later I finally received my laptop. I paid my monthly installments for two months and one day I noticed they stopped charging me. The status on my product said “Complete” and gave me the total financed. On the bottom it said I made two payments. My last payment was April 30 2022 it’s been about 5 months and I still haven’t been charged. What do I do?

I’m the buyer, bought an item for over $3,000, arrived NAD (was supposed to be Like New)
Seller stated to send it back & we would split shipping (he never did), which I did, but it got caught up in customs & he sent messages on messenger (the whole conversations are on it)that he didn’t want to pay the taxes & fees, & if he did retrieve it he would deduct from my money.
He wants me to send the item to a person he added to his PayPal account now, who’s in a different country then him.
Am I able to collect my own evidence to share with my bank? Evidence he has to dispute? I’ve told him I would send it to his friend if he refunded me 1st, but he declined.

can i ask a question here? Im trying really hard to find a gateway that adult websites tend to use. Just Username, email, password + payment in one form. From then on they can login to a members area with username and password. It seems like all the payment plugins i find on CZcams all work identically (offering amazing flexibilty and unlimited levels etc.. and after a separate wordpress login with top toolbar .. which is all more than i want). Can you point me in the right direction? Have i been overthinking this, or using the wrong search terms? Any help appreciated!
