Bhai meri joining 22nd nov 2021 hai , I didn't receive any hike. What could be the reason? I tried to contact my HRs but they pretended to be so busy, they didn't even reply

Getting progression at Infosys will not revise your package, if you get promotion only then package will be revised.
As you joined in Jan'22, then I think you will get hike, but it's 50-50 chance.
@@TheCorporateGuys some of my colleagues on SE designation got revised/hiked compensation but don't know about their DOJ

If your Job level is 3, then I must have got the hike till now, if you haven't received, means you are not eligible
