At the Alpkit Foundation we hear many stories of how walking, talking and time spent outdoors can help change and save lives. So it was a pleasure to help add support to the dad's recent 500 mile walk as they went from Stirling to Norwich, linking between Papyrus - Young Suicide Prevention offices across the country. We caught up with them for a chat about their stories and how hope is at the heart of what they are doing by opening up the conversations around suicide prevention.
