So the Abbot says "Go out into the countryside and be nice to everyone". Rest of the movie is basically them beating every single man of fighting age to death throughout the countryside LOL. I love these old movies.

You might have to get in line..as far as a favorite movie. Lol! I remember seeing this particular movie..at the movie theater. Me..brother's..and sisters...on a Saturday..too see 3 movies..for the price of one. I'll give you...the 2nd spot. Lmao!! But for real though...I've been looking to see this one again....for a LOOONG TIME!!! Love this movie. Cuz for a long time..I couldn't remember THE exact name of it..all i did remember was 10..something..until I asked one of my brothers..and he told me the name of it..seen it at the movies..then on one Saturday..afternoon..and haven't seen it since now..and that's been over 30-35yrs..i was so geeked..once I found it..or saw it again...just amazing as it was then!!! 😀😀 And I'm out!!! You can have 2nds!!!! Lol..lol..lol!!!!!!

@@HDsharp In most states in the USA, Saturday afternoons and evenings had a dedicated channel for showing 70's and 80's Kung Fu movies. Sometimes they bundled this with monster movies like the Godzilla series.

Love this movie Don Wong Aka Wang Tao is one of my favorite martial arts masters. Ching Yi is one of my favorite martial arts bad guys after Lu Feng aka the Centipede. You see Stephen Tung the kid who was Sifu Bruce Lee aka the greatest student in Enter the Dragon. He's playing the commander son in this movie. RIP to Philip Ko the bald monk one of the 10. They got a all star cast they got Brian Leung beady as a bad guy in this one too 😎 cool.

I miss going to the theater in downtown chicago in the 80s it only cost 2dollars and 50 cents to watch 3 movie's back then . Today it's sucks just for one movie 12 dollars or 13 dollars and if the movie sucks your srewed

There is a shaw brothers movie called The Ten Tigers of Kwangtung. Fu sheng, Ti Lung, and the Venoms. Thats the movie to watch.

Love this movie, but I'm not buying Master Chu as someone who is going to lead against the Ming's. It's been two years since he was hiding with Shaolin. Surely he could have picked up a few Shaolin techniques to protect himself in that time. At the very least he could have built up his stamina so he wouldn't get winded every time he ran.
