I'm a reiki master and these people on CZcams are foolin' you nobody can send you reiki unless they know your name and go through a process of connecting to you...these people are making reiki watered down and generic and lying to the masses to get views
I’m a trained and certified Reiki Master, and was taught by a Reiki healer (my grandma) since I was a kid! Reiki simply means life force energy, and you can tap into it through EVERY aspect of your life. By making art, moving your body, breathing, or going into flow state doing what you love. Reiki Distance Healing in it’s traditional form spans time and space- the nature of ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) and film is a perfect way to tap into the wonders of distance healing and 100% aligns with what is traditionally taught. It’s so important to use critical thinking when navigating the world of information and what’s online, especially in relation to the spiritual community- but Reiki is an ambient creative energy to be tapped into, not a restrictive set of practices. I have my own style I lean into that works for me, but I’m also an artist and that’s what I do! If this video works for you, let it 😊 Healing is an art form, and there are many dances 💖
P.S. You don’t need someone’s name etc to send Reiki to them! Not sure where you heard that. It’s the same as saying you have to know someone’s name in order to give them unconditional love (agape). Reiki is so much more expansive and organic than that!

I love the music when it's quiet. Sometimes it is a little too loud for me though
I definitely try to have both! Though the music helps me when there are a lot of background noises. Sometimes I turn up the music to mask super loud ones!
