Another thing , all this medication can be brought in Lagos a good pharmacy like in Ogudu road due it might be expensive when you check amounts buying it here and seeding it. I think it’s better if someone can go to Lagos and buy them and take to her but she shouldn’t be taking it every day. And let her add more vegetables and fruits on her food it’s help 🙏
Let her take moringa. It reduces blood pressure and also good for people that have anemia. Ginger, garlic, lemon, turmeric and apple cider vinegar are good too
DHL, Amazon, and FedEx all deliverers to Nigeria. DHL has their own cargos. Check at some of the better pharmacies in Nigeria, they carry a lot of the vitamins and items that we have in the states and the UK. I’m from the states. I agree the post office do not use them, your package will never get there. You need direct cargo carriers.
There’s a pharmacy in ikeja mall, it’s next to shoprite (it looks a bit like Boots). You can send someone to ask the pharmacist for a good hospital / doctor for your mum

She needs iron tablets. Her haemoglobin is low.
She can get iron tablets in Nigeria.
