My mind suggest how the wiring will goes for different connection to Tv.
no problem, the cable can be installed and folded neatly behind the TV, between the Wall Mount Tv Brackets
bottom, side and front connections can be installed. Because behind the TV there are gaps for cable lines and connections to the TV (Wall Mount Tv Bracket)
Another solution, you can move the wiring hole on the panel according to the location of your TV connection.
