Pile 1 : I listenned to the reading twice just to make sure I didn't miss anything. I have been feeling quite tired - depressed low energy since the winter and I got sick and I could feel how "weak" my body has become and it scared me. So hearing that now I know that I need to do some sport even if it's not running outside but going out my own pace or doing some stretching will be a begin.
