Are the rotor blades Aftermarket? (built by company other than MD?) because I thought MD was adiment that there would never be "circus tent" rotor blades for the F models. Hughes released the first F"s in 1984 with striped blades., but MD hates them for some reason.
Very nice... Is the C30 too much of a fuel guzzler for law Enforcement compared with the trad C20? 2 1/2hrs vs roughly 3 1/2hrs endurance? obviously, the C30 is a much better choice for hot and high environments tho... Either way... awesome machine... congratz
Best Sheriff Dept. in the entire state.
Eagle One!
Nice, congratulations. Nice to get a new one.
Sweet paint job.
Congratulations, finally an MFD instead of Steam Gauges... Welcome to the 21 Century:)
No FLIR Unit on this one? Thank you for this video! I love these MD 500 type helicopters.

🇮🇩👍🏻That was awesome
Is that paint scheme exclusive to the Sheriff department or is it a standard MD one?
May not be a standard paint scheme, but MD might have painted it special order for them llke they do with LVMPD's (Las Vegas police)
Don't forget to mention that it carries less weight than their old one, can't fly as long, and had tons of problems from the factory.
