Check your stats, The Super sport has a speed limit and won't do over 440km/h or 273 mph. The limit can't be disabled by Bugatti. The 300+ also has a limit for the customer cars but can be disabled if it would be needed. Only a few places on the planet where you could get to the top speed for example the Veyron/Chiron or a Koenigsegg.
