The GSR18V-50 is the entry level Brushless drill/driver, hence no anti kickback. I owned the GSB version (with hammerdrill mode) so I know it missed on that feature. From the 60 version they all add anti kick back

I know he doesn't have it, the question was rhetorical, it was good to have it. It is not entry level, entry level is 185-Li, for example, this is from the Heavy Duty area.

      @@ToolTest yeah I forgot about the 185-li.
I don't know I understand it would be good to have it at all price points but at least in my country both the 185Li and 18V-50 are inexpensive.
If these had anti kickback they would be the 1st company to adopt that feature across the board, and I guess they could market that

This little drill is powerful. I bought the gsr 18V-150C. Sometimes kick back control is annoying when you work with large holesaw, or something similar. But you can turn off this protection. But I always use the auxiliary handle and kick back control on. And your position is very important, in this video it was not the best. Or just use the impact driver.

I have one and it is a bit scary. With big stuff you can not forget to concentrate on the possibility of it snagging if you do it will snap your wrist.

That's why you shouldn't use drill mode on big bits. Keep your wrists safe, use the clutch for bit bits.

You cannot drill with such diameters on the clutch module

I am using this bits with an impact driver. Noisy but safer.
