In this ridiculously long and detailed video, I'll take you behind-the-scenes of my CZcams channel and various businesses to show how much money we've made in 2020. Please do take the trigger warning at the start into account. And please also understand that this is not an overnight success story, and there's no (legit) way to make money online without large amounts of work, luck and unfair advantages, of which I've had plenty.

PS: This is all pre-tax revenue, and it all goes into a company account. Then I pay salaries for 2.5 full time employees, lots of money for various contractors, consultants and coaches, and an obscene amount of money for various software subscriptions. The money then gets corporation taxed. Personally, I don't withdraw very much each year and when I do, I get hit with 37.5% dividend tax and 9% student loan repayments. So this "top line business revenue" has very little association with the numbers on my personal bank account, in case you're trying to estimate my personal net worth from this video. Maybe I'll talk about that some other time, but yeah - please don't rush to any conclusions from this video on that front :)

I see Bitcoin as an ultimately becoming a reserve currency for banks, playing much the same role as gold did in the early days of banking. Banks could issue digital cash with greater anonymity and lighter weight, more efficient transactions.

I'm loving the fact that you include the luck factor in your journey. I've seen many succesful people stating that they've reached their goals just through hard work, but I'm a firm believer that luck plays a part. Also a firm believer that you can in a way create your own luck by putting in hard work, but that's a different story than just working hard. I enjoy your video's, because of the transparancy. Keep at it!
Luck is an important factor. Some are more luckier than others. Hence, why some of the success cannot be replicated easily.
I am quite lucky myself, highly depend what I am doing. I do think luck factor can be polished if you know how to do it.

We are a medical family in the US and have several colleagues that have left medicine for other careers.

I watch several YT videos on how to trade in the stock market but haven't made any headstart because they are either talking some gibberish or sharing their story of how they made it, i have made huge mistakes in the past and I do not want to make mistakes by taking risks in my own hands again.

How fantastic Ali, I'm a new subscriber and find the openess and sharing about money, regardless of how much, is an incredibly aligning activity - to internal integrity. 'I feel good that I worked hard enough to acheive that payment, I feel it is deserved, and I have no fear sharing to anyone if it is earned in fairness and honesty - I have also worked on my own business for many long years, 17-20 hour days at times, and when someone challenges me on a payment I'm happy to visit it and happy to find a win-win for such a payment - and if not then perhaps I shouldn't be doing a service if it is not seen as a 'win'. @@thedailydoze8931 That is the starting salary for someone who has finished their training and is a generalist of some sort. When I finished my residency and fellowship (in the USA), I was earning more than 150K - in the military - and pay in the Military is lower than in the private sector.

Hi Ali, I have a question, do you think that the next course starting in February would be useful for youtubers outside the US and Europe? My CZcams channel is in Arabic and as much as I’m interested in the course content I’m not sure the same rules would apply in a completely different region.
Not as big of a market for ur language, so even with significant boosts to ur channel, early stagnation is inevitable.
