Hey, this is really good. I have couple of questions. 1) If we use Apple CarPlay, do we still need to connect GPS antenna? 2) I see you had this unit for 2 years, is the unit still working fine?

You don't show how you run the wires for the reversing camera into the car. Did you have to drill a hole under the number plate?
Yes , you have to drill a hole for it . Connections are all same for all units and we have explained it in different videos . So skipped it in this .
Does this stereo have a good visibility in the bright sunlight? Is it bright enough to use navigation in the bright day light?

How long is the startup time? For example you start your car and then want to reverse straight away, will the backup camera show up on screen straight away or it takes some time for the start up? And how many cores and ram is yours? Thanks
It’s pretty quick . I haven’t seen any issues switching to reverse cam within few seconds of startup .. the one on video has 2Gb 4 core
what is the max screen size you can put in Camry 2005 ?
If you want to install an unit which is more than 2 din size, you have to order with the facio. It’s costly and we felt it’s not worth considering the model of the vehicle. Clamp came with the unit,however it was not a direct fit. Had to drill additional holes . You may buy a thin metal sheet and cut it to suit it . Pls subscribe and support us . Thanks

How do you remove the climate control panel?
I tired to pry and all the clips are ditched but it is stuck in its place I can’t take it out.
From memory, we don’t need to take out the climate control panel .. check the video again .
I know that you don’t have to take it out, but I wanna take out the climate control panel to change the lights in it.
The climate control in my camry was quite difficult to take out. my one panel was broken so when i replaced it, i had to remove all the panels underneath eg where the handbreak is located + where the small compartment next to the ciggerate port also had to be removed, after that you can somewhat access the wires behind and remove them (they are literally metal wires that you need to unclip out of the control units if you have the non-digital climate control. After doing that all you can finally gain access to it but will still only be able to replace the outside lights unless you will take the whole control panel apart because some bulbs are hidden behind plastic. Hope that helps!

Hi, the link shows devices with different configuration like 2 core processor, 4 core etc .. you can select based on your budget . If you have any doubts, you can contact the seller and give the details of your car . They will guide you then . Normally with unit you will get all the connectors . If you have a subwoofer or factory fitted camera, you may need to order the unit with canbus .. if you contact the seller they will tell you about that . Pls subscribe and support us. Thanks
I’ve put in the headunit but the plastic trim for the headunit won’t fit back in could you tell me how you put yours back in.
Check the previous comments , already replied there .. you need to cut the existing frame a little bit

Yes , the total height is more and the trim was not fitting tight .The existing clamp were the new unit is attached to be cut by 5mm on the top to fit it properly.

Does the volume on the steering wheel work
Headunit support this, however the particular model of the car doesn’t have the steering wheel controls.Pls subscribe the channel and support us .

hey bud I can't get the unit to fit was there a special way u got ur unit in I noticed it didn't go in right away but then it was fitted in the next scene ... how did u get it in?
The existing clamp needs to cut a bit . It won’t fit if you use the existing one as is .
@@BrissyMallus the bottom of the existing clamp? that hs to be cut down? and u only use the top bolts ?
You have to cut from the top portion facing you so that the entire unit goes closer to the dash unit .
@Brissy Mallus ok so pls clarify... do I cut the original bracket? there are two mounting points side and top ... do I cut where the bolts go in or do I cut where the unit mounts to the brcket is it OK if I send u an email so u can help circle where to cut pls?

See the video at 4.29 .. the clamp supplied with the unit should not extend the original one . Basically, the unit overall should go bit inside . I think used only bottom screws . Check the video at 4.29

Models are with different options . It depends on your need and budget to decide which one you should go for .. Feature wise your should select one with 2G 16GB and then may be reverse cam if you want it .. we are not installing it for others ..
